Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received and show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Earrings
• Personalized, engraved, custom-made, or made-to-order items
• Engagement rings made to customer specifications
• Wedding bands made to customer specifications
• Final sale items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Exchanges
At this time, ORRIN VOSSI does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the eligible item in accordance with this policy and placing a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, ORRIN VOSSI will provide a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Because many ORRIN VOSSI pieces are personalized or made to order, once production or order processing has begun, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund an order.
