Returns
At ORRIN VOSSI, we take pride in crafting jewelry designed to be treasured for years to come. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and documentation
- Free from signs of damage, alteration, or misuse
Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Personalized & Made-to-Order Jewelry
Because personalized pieces are created exclusively for you, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Engraved jewelry
- Custom name jewelry
- Initial jewelry selected to your specifications
- Jewelry customized with selected gemstones or birthstones
- Any made-to-order item created according to customer-selected personalization options
These pieces cannot be restocked or resold and are therefore final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with our review. If the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, ORRIN VOSSI will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged item, or fulfillment error.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as ORRIN VOSSI is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Because many ORRIN VOSSI pieces are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun, personalized and made-to-order orders cannot be canceled.
