At ORRIN VOSSI, every piece is prepared with exceptional attention to detail.

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Personalized and made-to-order pieces generally require 7–10 business days for production before shipment.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.


Shipping Costs

ORRIN VOSSI is pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

There are no shipping charges for standard delivery within the United States or internationally. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery when applicable.

Customs processing times vary by country and may impact delivery timelines.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

ORRIN VOSSI is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship the order once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will gladly assist in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ORRIN VOSSI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office.

For higher-value orders, ORRIN VOSSI may require signature confirmation upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt of your purchase.
